Kindly fill up the Preliminary Application Form along with the Franchise Questionnaire and fax / email it to us at the earliest. The Application must be completed and returned to the Masala Bowl® for review. We will then evaluate your qualifications and ascertain your financial ability to successfully open and operate a Masala Bowl® Restaurant. Once we approve your qualifications, we can then meet personally and provide you with all the necessary information about Masala Bowl®.
